Overall, it was noisy in the hotel and inside the room as the A.C. was loud. The phone in the room did not work. No live person ever answered the phone at the front desk when I’d try to contact staff with my cell phone.

Be very careful on 3rd party apps specifically hotel.com. they gave me a fluctuating rate. When I booked the rate was$384USD @arrival it was$476USD..... when disputing. They demanded a screen shot. I've used this sight for years and have never had this problem. Without the screen shot they claimed i didn't lock the rate which was a huge oxymoron bcuz i had a confirmation number. I told them this was fraud their remedy is to give me the difference on my next visit. What next visit. O.A.N Embassy suite was amazing super friendly staff. The carpet can be updated and public walls to your room can be updated. Yet they knocked it out park with service. Excellent I'll be back as i visit this city often
