The staff was lovely and allowed us to check in way before posted check in time, and let us keep our luggage there after we checkout because we had an evening return flight. <20 minute walk to all the popular tourist destinations.

The front desk experience was good and valet are kind and very attentive to everyone coming in. We were at the bar area with AJ and he was not kind to my husband. We were very patient and kind to him but it was returned with loud degrading repeat of CARD OR CHARGE TO YOUR ROOM three times when he clearly saw us pulling out cash to pay. A simple tone of “we also don’t take cash at the bar so will it be card or charge to your room”… earlier he said “ when I told you it will be 15 minutes because it’s just me and one cook I turned around and y’all were still here.he said “ I would have been gone to all the other places around here instead” as if he was trying to say something that would make us walk away. He did not talk loud to anyone else there like us. He was respectful to everyone else but to me and my husband he took our kindness for weakness apparently. Saying it with a smile does not give him a pass to be condescending. I’m not sure if he didn’t want to be there because the lady that worked “ yesterday called in” but his smart mouth comments with a smile can be kept in his head and he can work on being professional with everyone and not pick who he wants to be respectful to and who he wants to be rude to.

We were very disappointed as the hotel states that it is smoke free however all throughout the night, there was a strong smell of cannabis coming into our room. We informed front desk however nothing was done. We found this unacceptable.
