Hotel was nice as well as staff minus the lady there Wednesday the 6th. Asked for a late check out until 1:30 and was told absolutely not due to management and hotel policy. Asked if they would reconsider being we dried out our flooded room ourselves, dealt with a soaked carpet for 3 days and dealt with our soaked luggage due to the rain leaking into the room and we’re still rudely denied the late check out. Other than that our stay was great.

Perfect NO Hotel
We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking where we wanted to go. There is a lovely bar next door and a great little restaurant where we had our breakfast. The room was large and very comfortable. Great beds and lots of pillows. I would highly recommend this great hotel.

At first seemed very nice when arrived at 9am. Wrong type room assigned at 4pm, not by courtyard but down a long corridor into another building - room small, one small window. Staff said could not change. Next day we were told we could move at 3pm. So repacked and went to new room. Then next day room was flooded and needed to repack and move one story up. No one helped or seemed concerned with all the moving. Felt trip was cut short by needing to stay around the hotel to keep moving. The hotel did not offer any compensation

It’s a super short walk to Bourbon street if you are going for that. It’s right off of Royal street and about a 10 minute walk to Jackson square. Super convenient location for whatever it is you want to do. Upon booking with Expedia, we were told we would receive a complimentary bottle of wine. We did not. We did, however, get a card good for one free drink at the hotel bar. The room was comfortable and quiet and the front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. If you are paying to park, the garage is right across the street from the Hotel Mazarin in the Royal Sonesta garage.
