Everyone at the hotel was nice. I give this hotel a 4 overall, simply because There is not a microwave or fridge in the room. There is a drink cooler that I used as a fridge.

The bathroom shower was making noise once you turn the handle for water to flow. I wasnt sure how to use the separate shower head so wish there were instructions. Two fire drills occured two separate times in odd times in the early AM. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge to store food and microwave.
