Staff at this location are phenomenal. Especially Donna in the touché bar. She is so friendly and accommodating. She’s a one person show, and keeps everything clean and everyone happy. She is one of the main reasons we’ll be coming back to this hotel next time we are in New Orleans.

Excellent hotel in the center of the French Quarter. We stayed on Mardi Gras day and the staff were great - even got us in earlier than expected. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you.

We loved everything about it. The bathroom is a bit small but other than that it was wonderful and we're already planning our trip back there next year. We're even trying to get the same room we had, lol.

Could have been better for the money.
Such an expensive hotel that I expected the rooms to be nicer. Beds sunk in the middle which means it needs replacing. Wallpaper worn and tearing in rooms and hallways, molding around bath area peeling. No table in the room to eat, lighting is very poor. Cabinet drawers for clothing would not stay closed. Noisy hotel, got woken up several times with doors slamming over our 4 day stay. Room attendant did a great job though. Restaurant is excellent. Disappointed that bar near the pool patio was closed since it is such a great view.

It was a nice stay, and the staff were VERY helpful!!! They gave me a lot of advice, and stepped out by giving me beads.. Very helpful, and nice. I don’t even know if this is a complaint, but the carpet was a little worn?
