I thought the stay would be better than this...
For this to be a virtural check in, there was too much people interactions. I submitted my ID online like asked just to be harrased by security when checking in for my ID and room information =, then I had to go through the process again at check out. Also for the room to have a door code, the battery was dead and I had to wait 30-45 min for someone to come and replace the batteries, another interaction that was not needed. The living room lights did not turn on, the bed was super hard with a LOUD box spring that made noise with every movement, Only 1 elevator out of the 5 worked plus it smelled like mildew. If you plan on only using the room for sleeping, this might be the place for you. Only upside was that er had 2 bathrooms in our room.

Good Spot for travelers
Close to everything, walkable to public transit and the French Quarter. Everyone at the building was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable. The kitchen allowed for flexible and thrifty plans.

Building filthy and reaked of smoke. Room had dirty towels inside. Bugs and worn out furniture. Felt like an old creepy building.

Tv did not work, 4 out of the 6 elevators were out of service, front building door was broken, I thought this will be a pet free building, but wasn’t next door we had people with a dog that will not stop barking all night, the “Starbucks” at the roof top, is just a Starbucks coffee machine, not an actual coffee shop, the interior of the unit was old with carpet stains and marks from cigarettes, the shower rod kept coming off. Overall this building is rundown.
