The one thing that caught us by surprise is that our room wasn't cleaned after the first day we were there. We came back after being out all day to see the same disheveled room that we left in the morning. I don't believe we ever experienced that anywhere else before.

Make sure you go for the mini suite..best view faces the parking lot which overlooks a lot of Amish areas and hills.
