Usually, hotels for this price point in NYC aren't the greatest. While, yes, this was small, it was surely mighty. great value, clean, safe. Highly recommend

Comfortable but cold
I again had a quick trip into NY and using the hotel between train and flight. I pre-booked to arrive early and the room was ready on time but when I went to the room, it was very very cold. As the bedroom was separate from sitting room and had no heater, I could not get the room temperature up to at least 70 even after 8 hours straight. I was able to get an extra blanket, but sadly, the room - especially the bedroom - never went above 65 degrees if it even went there. The room otherwise was spacious, though (with a bad knee) I banged it a few times trying to get around the bed.
