The beds were comfortable, staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Shower was beautiful. The only little issue I had was with the sliding bathroom door, it was a bit heavy to slide back and forth, just have to put a little muscle into it. Otherwise, I would definitely return when I need a hotel.

Shockingly rude night manager. Like Dr Jeykl and Mr Hyde. Water everywhere in the room window sills and floor after rain storms; accusations of fraud by another client with police involved, in lobby. Complete balls-up with my mum's room - on second day, we asked for and paid in total, a disabled-access room. When we returned that evening to the hotel, the night manager had given it away to another client and then tried to make out it was my fault. Shout out to Nikki, Malik and Joe for salvaging the stay for us with their kindness and help. Night manager needs to be trained in how to do his job and be respectful to clients.

Not at all what I expected based on the pictures. If we visit NYC again it’ll be near the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan or Time Square. You’re literally looking at u haul trucks. Requested towels that we never received. Overall not what we’re accustom to
