I ran out of space to write anymore
The view from the room we booked was amazing and the best part of the hotel.
We booked a room with a double sofa bed as I was staying with my daughter. The pull out bed didn't have bedding, this was requested and only part came. When I chased this up in the evening after our first day out, the staff told me they didn’t have any bedding for me and there’s nothing they can do. So the first night in the hotel we weren’t able to use the second bed due to insufficient bedding. We were told I will receive a 15% discount which has not been received.
The 2 ladies on reception the following morning were very helpful and I can only wish I had spoken with them the evening before. They did apologise and upgraded us to a room with 2 double beds and a better view than we had originally.
The elevators here are a joke, it is close to impossible to get one within 10 mins of pressing the button in the morning.
The breakfast is terrible, we opted for a hotel with breakfast to save on cost, we decided to eat breakfast out after the first morning.
There was a fire alarm on the first night (unpredictable) but there was no control of the residents during this time or when reentering the hotel. If infact this was an actual fire, people would most likely have been severely injured by the crowds and lack of control from staff.
DO NOT use their bus shuttle service, we nearly had multiple accidents with his erratic driving and this is not an exaggeration.
Again, the females on desk were great!
