Hope to stay here again, some other time
I decided to cut my stay short. My early-morning appointment on Tuesday was canceled due to the impending snowstorm, and I was concerned about my ability to get home if the situation got too difficult. Everyone I met on the staff, especially Esteban, was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, but need to react to issues faster
Hotel is holding up to high standards, we’ve been here many times previously and weren’t disappointed this time. There were few hiccups, though. We arrived late, apparently all the maintenance people were gone. Immediately upon coming to the room #2204 we heard pretty annoying beeping noise from malfunctioning security lock on the rooftop door. The front desk clerk refused to help since as she explained there was no one able to fix it at that time (it wasn’t too late, only 7:30 pm). Couldn’t sleep well because of the sound. In the morning we had to remind the morning front desk person. Eventually the problem was fixed. Few little things like the body lotion left by previous guest wasn’t replaced was rectified pretty fast in the morning.

The hotel was in a convenient place for us to walk around or take the subway. Restaurants in the area were really good as well. Staff were very nice and helpful if we had any questions. Room was perfect. We would stay again
