The property has a great location in Times Square. Unfortunately, the walls of this property are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors giggling and coughing all night. It was terrible. The ear plugs that the hotel offers do not work! The morning we were scheduled to leave we stopped by their restaurant for breakfast. We sat there for 30 minutes and our airport ride was due to arrive soon. We never received the breakfast at the table. It was given to us to take to the airport. Unfortunately, it did no taste very good. We trashed it at the airport. We had a good trip, but things could be improved at this hotel site.

The staff was unbelievably rude. I wanted to love our room but the smell throughout the hotel made Me feel overwhelmed/suffocated. We were placed next to a utility closet and housekeeping closet. The noise around the clock was hard to ignore. I would not come back. I ended up checking out early cause I couldn’t breath

A great stay in Times Square. The room size was very small but perfect for me as a solo traveler. (I wouldn't want to be in this size room with two people.) The hotel all around is clean, stylish, and thoughtful. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit NYC.

The property is small but very clean and affordable. The heat was tough to control and we opened a window. Elevators were fast and efficient. Staff friendly. Restaurant is trying too hard to be trendy but food was good. No parking but garage available just down the street.
