Rude staff. Waited OVER an hour for shuttle when they said 20mins. So much flood light through the window it was like dawn the entire night. I have never stayed someplace THIS rude.

Staff was friendly and bed was clean and comfortable. The facility was old and looked it. It was on a busy street and the traffic noise was bad.

There was roaches in room and that was after I switched rooms because door to first room had a gap all the winter air was coming in

Horrible !!!!
It was dirty and no good service never again the bathroom was so small couldn’t fit in there with the cast on my leg craziness and even are pillows had makeup stains on them just horrible
