We had a great weekend visiting Newcastle and staying here. Sadly on the first night of our stay our room was just too hot and the AC unit wasn’t working and we couldn’t get the temperature down. Thankfully the staff moved us the next day and the best room was perfect. The service hotel and facilities were fantastic!

Stayed for one night to attent a concert at the Glasshouse. Hotel was very convenient to walk to the theatre, good clean room and service. We had breakfast which was good quality and value for money.
