You are welcome to enjoy the scenic yard and common outdoor areas on the property including picturesque outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs in the yard. BBQ grill is welcome to our guests. Your suite includes a private deck and quaint outdoor dish washing station for your convenience. A short walk to famous beaches and the upscale yet adorable Corona Del Mar village with amazing restaurants and shops. Walk 10 minutes to Little Corona Del Mar State Beach and only a few minutes drive to Crystal Cove and Pelican Hill. Kitchenette amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Whether a romantic getaway, solo workation, or friends’ retreat, whatever your reason you will find the beautiful surroundings therapeutic and perfect for self care. Beautiful property but beware of loud guests
The property is gorgeous, it is very peaceful and feels like you’re in a jungle. However, it appears there are multiple separate units stacked on each other and we were in the lower one. The 2nd and 3rd floor were a very loud and obnoxious family, and unfortunately you can hear everything through the floors. When I messaged the host one evening that my husband and I were trying to relax while they were upstairs yelling and repeatedly walking up and down the stairs, he responded promptly and asked them to quiet down. However, we were woken up the next morning by the upstairs guests screaming and cursing at each other. Not pleasant and not relaxing. We were here for two nights and had to deal with this our entire stay. Could be a different experience with respectful guests but due to risking experiencing this again, we will not be staying here in the future unless we coordinated with friends/family to book all the units.

Property and unit are beautiful. Unreal location and proximity to Newport and Laguna. Host makes the check in and out process extremely easy. Hard to find something not to like about this place.

A Little Oasis
Quant space set amongst the trees and small stream. Close to everything in Newport. Walls are thin, so we had to be neighborly and keep the noise down, but still had a wonderful stay here.

Adorable Place
Loved the place, too bad we couldn't stay and enjoyed it more as we were too busy doing other things. One little thing only is that we were on the bottom guest house and people staying above us had kids and they were a bit noisy. But other than that everything was great. PS I would post more pictures ;)

Perfect location
The bed was comfortable but the pull-out was meager. It was beautifully quiet and remote while walkable to the beach and coffee spots.
