Great place to explore downtown Newport. A tad dated but very clean and staff was super welcoming.

The Bay club is super convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easily walkable but be prepared to hear everything that is going on above you, below you, and on the sides. Walls are thin and can hear every conversation and noise at all hours.

Great property. Only downfall is the parking fee. It shoud be waived in the slower seasons. I love the rooms. Roomy and comfortable.
