It’s extremely warm welcome and nice staff it’s my second time staying the hotel The rooms is clean and full of the amenities with couples of free water I’ll definitely come back

Parking fee was not disclosed only charged with my room deposit was taken, keys didn’t work had new ones made 3 times tried to ask for the card reader batteries in door to be changed manager blew us off and was not friendly, the shower tap broke and wouldn’t turn off had to go up to service desk after already calling up to have maintenance come before tub over flowed. Staff is not trained on requirements of check in, after finally getting a key to work we were having to answer the door to go back up because the staff didn’t take a room deposit. Neither the TV or internet will load - tv is purely pixelated and sound wouldn’t even stream either. Will not be returning or recommending after working at 2 Wyndham locations myself this was very disappointing.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the tv only had one channel and the remote wouldn’t connect to the tv other than that had a great stay
