Disappointing Stay
At the price you are paying I did not have super high expectations going in. Reviews about beds being horrible are pretty accurate and you can definitely hear anything happening in the halls however again, at the price you get what you pay for. Couple of things that were not within reason, most of the windows had cranks to open and close them. Most of those handles were broken and one window was stuck partially open upon arrival making the room extremely cold as one would expect having to keep a window open when there is an active 5 inches of snow. Also had a missing smoke detector in the room. Would have been all good and these were simple fixes however when these were reported and images provided per request there was barely any communication and no fix. Other rooms might be better in this building however know if you have an issue you will potentially deal with it your whole stay so if you like to take a gamble, book this room otherwise I’d stick to something by a different host for sure.

Perfect for what we needed for our quick visit. Mattresses could definitely use a change like other reviews have stated. Definitely slept on worse tho.

Clean, modern, conveniently located property
Conveniently located 2 bedroom/1 bath condo within walking distance (2 blocks) of the Clifton Hill tourist district and Niagara Falls. Property was very clean and modern. Property included bed linens, towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, full size refrigerator, full size cooktop range with oven, and microwave oven. No washer or dryer. 2 TVs - 1 in living area and 1 in bedroom #2. No cable TV. Wifi, Netflix and YouTube was available and worked well. 1 Queen size bed in bedroom #1, 2 full size beds in bedroom #2. Suite 201 and 202 were located a few stairs up from the entrance. I would stay at this property again.

Great location. Kitchen well equipped. Beds not comfy. Very noisy, had a family above us.
The unit was very clean and kitchen well equipped. One night we could not get a parking spot so had to use the pay lot beside building. There was a family above us and the child ran back and forth steady so extremely noisy and annoying. Plus they had a lot of people in there so we could hear everything. Slamming doors and up and down the stairs. Not ideal. The beds were not at all comfy. I ended up with a back ache. Couch was comfy tho. Nice shower. We would have liked cable tv to catch current news and weather. But we watched Netflix. Location was great. Close to restaurants. Overall it was ok but would not rebook there due to beds and noise.

The home was very clean and a good location. Short walk to everything.
The house has been rebuilt and is still being worked on which proved to be a problem if you want to sleep in a little. Contractor starts banging away early. But very clean and close to everything. Can just park the car and walk, which is good because there is charges everywhere you park. The bathroom and bedrooms could use shades because we noticed people can see through from outside. Curtains not dark enough. We put a towel over the window. But overall we had a good stay and had everything we needed.
