We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I went to the front desk to retrieve clean towels Friday night the manager on duty was semi apologetic—but basically said they were just too busy to clean all the rooms that day. We confirmed an 11:00 am time for cleaning on Saturday, the housekeeper came at 10:00am, said they would come back but never did. When I went back Saturday night to ask for cleaning services we were told they had already left for the day and there would be no cleaning service during our stay. I asked for our room to be discounted since we did not receive all the customary services, the manager on duty called me later that night again making excuses and became very confrontational at which point I hung up the phone. So I stayed 3 nights in an overpriced room with no clean towels, minimal toiletries and a hideous mildew smell.

Wonderful stay!
The front desk staff were very friendly and informative of everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying there!
