Would not stay at this property again. The communication was terrible. They emailed and asked what time we would arrive and we responded to let them know we were on the way. When we checked in we could not access the apt despite them having sent us a code. We had to wait 45 minutes in the heat for someone to come and show us where they had hidden the keys. The phone number on Travelocity for the property did not work. Very frustrating. Getting towels also proved frustrating as they were not available when we were told they would be. We arranged for them to be delivered the next day at 9am ( this was the earliest they said they could get them to us) and then they did not arrive. The apt itself was clean and pleasant.

Excellent property, new, clean, complete (more than in my house) 3 swimming pools, barbecue in a pool, washes and dries clothes, close to very good beaches, if I returned I would not hesitate to stop here again

What a wonderful first experience staying in Aruba! The property was beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and made me feel like I was right at home. It was the best of both worlds, being in a gorgeous gated community that was safe & walkable with full sized homes while still having three great pools & a restaurant/pool bar! That being said, having a car in this country in general is definitely needed to get around, but here particularly because the resort is a bit detached from all the scenery. Nonetheless, would absolutely stay here again, thank you Gold Coast!!!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Serenity Bocobay The unit was located inside a gated community and 5mins drive to a 2-3 beaches and groceries. We arrived in the evening, so having a restaurant on site was fantastic! The unit itself was exactly as in the pictures. Very clean and had all the necessary toiletries, kitchen appliances/kitchenware we needed for our one week stay. The in-unit washer dryer came in handy. We would definitely stay at Blue Serenity Bocobay on our future visits to Aruba.

We just left our stay at the Bocobay. This condo is well equipped and very modern and clean. We were disappointed to see our courtyard view was actually of the parking lot. We had construction going outside in front of our patio sometimes starting at 6am. I understand that this is no fault of the owner, however would be nice to be informed before the cancellation period as I would never have booked this unit. The pool area is nice by the club house as well as everyone working here is truly kind.
