Curbside checkin, very friendly staff and very helpful and informative. With a chance of severe weather questions were asked about our plans and what to do if we had to seek shelter. Safety was their 1st priority.

Love This Place
I've lost track of how many times we have stayed at the Thunderbird. It is definitely old-school, but so am I. :) This is the only place with outside doors that I will stay, and that's a testament to how safe I feel there and how much I like it. Comfort, friendliness, proximity to shops, restaurants, casinos, etc. can't be beat for the price.

I decided to stay here after reading all the wonderful reviews. The room had everything I needed. The kuerig was a very nice touch. I enjoyed having a ceramic coffee mug as well. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. Mel is definitely the star of this show. From her welcoming check-in, even though I had a later flight, to her texts to see if I needed anything. I look forward to staying here in the future.
