Nice property, bad parking options
The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful. The drawback to this property would be the fact that there is no valet or on-site parking. You can park in the garage down the street but it costs $46 for overnight parking and you have to schlep your luggage down the block to get to the hotel.

Rough Stay
Arrived at 9pm to check in and was told my room wasn't ready. (I'm a regular traveler in my fifties and I've never previously had that experience.) I was told it would be "about 10 minutes." I waited around the lobby and checked back 20 minutes later and was told it would be "about 20 minutes." Apparently there was some kind of sheet shortage and they were doing the laundry. Finally, a little after 10pm, I was checked in. Bed had sheets but room had no towels. Not a one. (Another first for me.) In short, a nice looking place, with suitable rooms, and a good restaurant, but clearly there are some major issues at the management level. (As I was not the only person whose room wasn't ready, the staff was fielding complaints left and right and they stayed professional throughout, so no issues there.) Needless to say, I won't be back.
