Location on Oceanside Harbor with great restaurants is ideal! Bedrooms are standard---nothing fance, but met our needs as we did not stay there during the day. The beds have a metal thing around the base to prevent items from going under the bed, BUT everytime you get close and kick the metal just getting into or out of bed it sounds like a GONG. I would love to see that removed before we return. Take the Coaster down south to the beaches---easy transportation.

Normally I never leave reviews on here, however this was one of the absolute best experiences I have ever had with a budget hotel! The room was super clean and so was the area around the hotel. The location is perfect with convenient on-site parking. You are 5 mins from downtown Oceanside, however you won’t need to venture even that far if you don’t want to, there’s a private beach access path that leads to a small shopping center on the harbor and a small peninsula with a super quiet beach that not a lot of people know is there. To top it all off the pool/jaccuzi area overlooks the beach! Great area to watch the sunset. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I will go out of my way to stay here again, and am planning my next trip already! Probably one of the best budget hotels in Southern California. Nothing but positive things to say about this property!
