Staff not prepared for the guest, we had to take our own luggage to the room after waiting for 2hrs. Rooms were not available till after 6pm. Same food options were repeated every day. no variety at all. In our 5 day stay the booking was full for the specialty restaurants, so we were limited to the buffet everyday. The food quality wasn't fresh at all. DONOT recommend RIU to anyone. The price is high but service is very low.

I would come back here again! The energy of the staff is so exciting to be around, there is entertainment for every age, the food is so healthy and you could eat so much and not feel heavy from it. The beaches were very clean and calm so it's perfect for little ones, and the water is very warm on sunny days. The drinks are perfectly made (get the dirty banana you will not be sorry!). I cannot wait to come back. Everything was a 10/10. Transportation was all set up, and on time. The airport was very easy to navigate too. I highly recommend if you come to Jamaica to come to this resort, especially if you have children! Every child was making friends with other children it was so nice to see. All the families who went were so friendly too :)

Loved this hotel and location. Was close to all the activities, the kids had an amazing time at the pool and the beach. The food was very good, I would definitely stay at this location again.
