We were somewhat disappointed with our room. The spa tub was smaller than we were expecting and we were disappointed that the fire place was more decorative than functional and didn't provide any amount of heat. Fortunately we did need or want to use the ceiling fan as it was missing a blade and would have been quite dangerous to use. The cleaning fee for not washing dishes is absurd.

The room said us is constantly shouting and slamming things. We’ve repeatedly phoned th front desk at before 1:00 a.m. and after and no response so we ar wide awake and no one to handle th situation.

This was such a cute spot for our anniversary! Will definitely be returning! Only two things I'd ask to be improved: Towels - theyre SO tiny and I am quite small myself Tissues could be of better quality Clearly not big issues at all but worth mentioning.
