No heating, only A/C and drying, and I wasn't sure those were even working. Sink did not drain properly. Shower was great. Underneath couch cushions was very dirty. Room was shaped awkwardly.

I stay 3 nights. It’s inside facility very new and clean. Good location just within 10min walk from Miebashi station. 國際通 just 20min walk . Highly recommended and I will stay here again for my next trip.
