Dishonest personal
Daughter left some things on the desk. Called them at 5:00 to ask about it and they said rooms had not been cleaned yet and they would call us back. I believe they are lying to me because check in at 2:00 and cleaning person was waiting on us to leave room so she could clean. He did not even offer to ask anyone else or offer to go check if items were still in room. Very dishonest.
