Great new hotel in Olean!
This is a brand new hotel and has that "brand new room smell" when you walk in! We were very pleased with the comfort of the room and the beautiful walk in shower and the well appointed fixtures. Nice bright hallway and lobby too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also situated far enough away from any heavily traveled roads that the room felt extra quiet for good sleeping!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
This is a nice new hotel near St. Bonaventure University. We came with extended family for a basketball game and enjoyed our comfortable stay. The only negative was that the pool was closed for cleaning, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault; a guest was sick in the pool.
