The carpets were dirty, upholstery was not clean, come into the room, had a moldy smell in it. Phone in room did not work. Need touch up of paint in the room

The room was spacious, great for long term stays, however, the carpet needs an extensive cleaning, upholstery on the sofa was dirty, baseboards in the bathroom needed cleaning, and some touch up paint is needed on the walls. Kitchen was clean. Overall, its great for long term stays, just make sure the rooms are thoroughly clean after every use. I did speak with the hotel clerk, and she took one night off my bill.

The property was okay and the workers were phenomenal. The main issues we faced were that we had to move rooms due to piles of dog poop right outside our door. The breakfast was subpar and the cleanliness was lacking (old and crusty waffle maker was left out for everyone to share). The rooms were nice but definitely needed an upgrade. Again, the workers were phenomenal.

When we walked in the smell of the room was terrible. We had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell of marijuana. It was unbearable. We had a small child with us as well. The air vents were very rusty as well.

The photos of this property are not representative of what you’ll expect to see. I was give a room in building #5, that was located at the back of the property. Just pulling into a space I could see trash and broken glass in the parking lot. The room looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a while. I had requested a second room closer to the front of the property. This room was also dirty. There was hair in the bed and I found a dried up contact lens when I pulled the sheets back. There was a bar lock on the front door that looks like it have been removed and reinstalled in several places. The gal at the front desk seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to complete my reserved stay. Would not recommend this hotel.
