Never again. Check-in on 3rd floor, no signs, sign for lobby in elevator, can’t use elevator without room key. Carried heavy bags up two flights of steps. Bar/restaurant service terrible. Out of beer on first night there, server at dinner totally ignored us after delivering menus, another server served us after realizing we were being ignored. There was only one other table occupied. Took 1.5 hours and had to track down server to get our check. Very nice hotel with some very nice staff members…some were rude. Free breakfast was good, don’t recommend the coffee creamer or yogurt. BTW, I am not one to normally complain, this was just not a pleasant experience.

I was very happy by the way the staff treats me at Hyatt place , her name is candy , her warm ness was felt from the heart , I was very please and felt like family , this was my first time there and I am sure I’ll return , thanks again to the staff at Hyatt place , especially to Candy , I will always remember my first visit to Aruba and how I was treated

Beautiful hotel and Ease to the airport
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and nice. And I love proximity to the airport. Literally walking distance and took the hassle out of having to find transportation to and from.
