Property is in need of major redevelopment. Grounds and common areas are dated and there is no real restaurant on premises. The spiral staircases are dangerous specially when is raining, which is typical of the Aruba climate.

It's quite.
The pool is the size of my tube at home and the rooms are small. No Resteraunt on site that serves dinner and only contently breakfast.
