My room had no heat so i asked for a heater. The manager has knocked on my door asking when im leaving and locked me out today because I went through expedia instead of paying them directly. I had to ask for a tub plug in and front desk said they are too for my request and made me wait from 430pm to 530 and never once did apologize. Worst hotel located in Orillia. Im trying to cancel

I am terriblely disappointed with the customer service that i received today on Monday feb 12 when the manager knocked on my door asking why i hadn't left when I book through expedia to tues feb 13th. All of my emails and credit card match the information and this should not of happened. I was at a medical appointment at 130pm and i was stopped by the manager again about when im leaving because i talked to the girl asking on price to extend my stay. They couldn't match. Again i went with expedia. When i came back from my appointments at 430pm THE MANAGER LOCK ME OUT OF MY ROOM. This process is ONLY done if credit card is declined. Which again payment was through expedia. I asked for a tub plug at 430pm and she told me she was busy and i went back just now and video taped the horrible experience with front desk.
