Entered the room at 60 degrees. Moved the thermostat to 75+ to heat the room a little. It would not send any heat. Front desk gave me another room. Same issue. I can only guess they disabled the heating function on the units. No blankets. Low wattage bulbs. Tissue and toilet paper as low end as possible. Battery in remote nearly dead. Remote keypad well worn and barely legible. Card in the bathroom said, "Every other day for cleaning for my comfort." Really. But a very prominent card with a QR code to allow me to leave a tip for the staff. Someone is cutting a bit too thin for a Hilton.

Really liked how close to the airport it was. I chose the hotel for the distance and the shuttle included. Turns our the shuttle was out of commission the that morning so they just had you use uber or lyft and plan to reimburse. I have sent the receipt - will see what happens. My only issue was that the front desk didn't answer the phone. I tried 4 times over 2 hours - wasn't an emergency but had it been there could have been a problem.

We booked a a two bedroom and got a one bedroom with a pull out couch. The pull out couch was uncomfortable. Our room phone was left without a cord so we could not get ahold of the front office. There were no couch linens available and the room wasn’t very clean. Wouldn’t stay there again.
