Blood on the bathroom door, bubbles and scum on the walls by the jacuzzi, pool was out of service (whole reason we booked with this location), beds not made, dog hair on bed and couch, no ice bucket. The workers at the front desk were as kind and understanding of my frustration but there was no sort of discount they could provide. Best they could do was move us to another floor… We are handicapped so that was not an option for us. Super frustrating, filthy and very misleading.

Probably wouldn’t stay again. I was with my wife and kids and it was kinda dirty, the ac didn’t work and the water pressure was terrible. They had us switch rooms and it was slightly better.
