The property was beautiful. Unfortunately my experience with the check in clerk was awful. Then I go out to the pool at noon and they had no towels on Monday!!! How does a pool run out of towels! When I checked in my room the tv screen had another persons info with the other room number on it. It just wasn’t good from the beginning. I won’t be using this app anymore or going to Margaritaville in Kissimmee. I spent all that money for a terrible experience.

Margaritaville is a blast! The room, the pool, the bars and restaurant! So fun!

Not much for restaurants and bars on the property. There are more in 5-10 minutes walk but in rainy weather that not an option.

Had a nice enough stay. Visted on the off season at the beginning of December because of this the resort had nothing to offer. They should consider implementing some events for guests during that time. Room was average. Very limited dining and on top of that they didn’t let me use the microwave at the front desk. I was annoyed about that.
