When I walked in my room there was a note that said the light at the bed was not working which in reality was fine. My only complaint is that Thursday and Friday the people in the next room were constantly in and out of their room and the door slammed every time it was like they had 20 ppl staying in there and then Monday at 6am the people above my room where extremely loud like they were bowling or something and woke me up. I did let the hotel know and they said they were sending security up there and it was quiet after that. Otherwise I loved my room the pool area the food it was great !!

The showers were great, the pool bar was great, loved the convenient shuttle to city walk, and so many restaurants within walking distance. Clean, quiet. We enjoyed our stay

Close to park and shuttle access.
The hotel is very clean and staff is great. The access to shuttle to universal was key. However the rooms are very basic. Mattress and pillows were hard. Only a sheet And light blanket. Which is fine for spending all day in the parks. If you need more plush accommodations then this may not be for you. Very very clean and nice otherwise.
