We have been staying in this property since its opening, and we can see the quality of hospitality declined year by year.
The attitude of some hotel staff is appalling - for example, front desk staff are not friendly and appeared to be impatient dealing with customers who cannot speak Japanese. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we booked a room the night before so that we can have a room to get some rest in the morning; when we tried to check in, hotel staff did not bother to listen but said no no no no check in until 3pm, we told him we were not checking in for today but yesterday, he did not understand and impatiently told us off. We showed him the booking a few times then he decided to check the computer. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, totally unacceptable. There are several other occasions where we find hotel staff is cold and unwelcome, but apparently they are nicer to Caucasian than Asian. I hope the management takes seriously about this and give better training to hotel staff
