Welcome to this modern executive boutique hotel-like condo. It is a two-level open-concept loft with 18ft ceiling and an impressive 8ft chandelier. Private entryway. Lots of natural sunlight will make you happy all day long. Bus access is right in front of your door or a 10 min Uber downtown or to the airport, this location is a hidden gem. Long-term rental is available, please message the host.

Newly built, next to a huge park & ravine. It intersects with Merivale Road, which has all kinds of shops such as: Farm Boy, Best Buy, Home Sense, Metro, Costco, Harveys ect...The master bedroom has a king-size bed and 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed.
