Don’t hesitate to stay off Exit 3. Everybody raves about the hotels on Exit 4, but this little gem won’t disappoint. It was very clean, smelled so good. Not like the normal musty hotel. Smelled like good candles burning. I believe the owners or management stayed on site, so literally if you had a problem they were right there to take care of it. Staff was friendly and it was quiet other than road noise.

Very dirty, room smelled like mildew and urine, hair in shower, bathroom fan didn’t work and was covered in a thick layer of dust, furniture was covered in dust and grime, we could only find an ice machine on the first floor and it was out of ice next to a drink machine that was out of order, tables and chairs were crammed together in the dining area downstairs, overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in — nothing like the pictures.

The duck tape on the elevator floor tile pretty much is a good indicator of the whole place. Pretty special.
