Front desk personnel said she would call me when the room was ready. Several hours went by and she never called me. I ended up walking into the hotel and amazing they had a room available…. also, she never made iContact or smiled. It was like I was an alien from another planet.

Nice hotel overall, my biggest complaint is how heavy the room doors are, there’s so much push back that the doors end up slamming shut. For a small person like me, they felt borderline dangerously heavy.
