Front desk was rude, telling us no rooms available until 3pm. Said would call if room became available. Never did. This is second time within the last week I have stayed here. Same front desk bad attitude both times. Whatever happened to going out of your way to accommodate customers?

Room was very clean. Was there for 3 days. Was told maid service was done every other day. Which it was never done even after I went to front desk in a kind understanding attitude. Was told that they would accommodate our request. Service never showed up. Other than that our stay was OK.

Unfortunately lazy
My father left a large bag of toiletries. We called about 2 hours later and were told “no one turned it in.” They said they would let us know if they “found” it. So either 1) they were too lazy to check 2) they were too lazy to turn it in or 3) they stole them. Regardless of which one it is, all of them reflect poorly on the brand.
