The staff seemed to have an attitude when I was checking in. Not sure why, but I did notice an employee complaining to an individual outside the front office entrance. I did have dinner at Gigi’s and it was very good.

Over the V
I’ve stayed her a million times when it was ran by sonder and always loved it. Unfortunately, the staff here made me really not want to stay at this hotel again. Super unhelpful, pretty rude, & seemed to bothered at all times.

Hotel is nice, service isn't great.
The rooms and hotel are nice, it's next to the Ace Hotel. But the service was bad, they first gave us the wrong room, then the beds claimed to be queen, and they looked like full beds. Then the morning we were leaving housekeeping opens our door at 9am, we are all so startled. when checkout was 11am. we tell her we are checking out at 11. then maybe 10 minutes later, she comes back asking the same thing. Front desk, did nothing to help us with the issue.

There’s NO WAY this is a 4 star hotel. It’s 2 stars at best. The room was overall run-down. The mattress was lumpy and the coffee machine did not work. There was a bathtub but there was no stopper for the drain. When I asked the front desk for a stopper, they said they would send housekeeping but no one ever came. Overall, definitely NOT worth the price.
