I have stayed here many times because it is a clean, moderately priced and well located hotel. Unfortunately, this time I was given the key to a room that turned out to be occupied. Awkward. I called the front desk to ask that they bring me a key to another room as I had already unloaded all of my luggage onto the luggage cart. It took me three tries to convince the front desk person that they should bring me the key and not require me to push my luggage all the way back to the hotel office to get it as I could hardly leave it unattended. They finally agreed to do that.

I had a week long stay at this property. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and overall friendly. I appreciated the ample parking which allowed me to park in front of my room each evening. I always felt safe walking the grounds. The landscape was lush and tranquil,somehting I much appreciated after sitting in a stuffy hospital room most days. Ample privacy from back patio while still offering a sense of the outdoors. I expect there will be more stays in the area and I will return to Creekside Inn as my home away from home.
