We arrived early hoping to get in our room! They told us as soon as it was cleaned! Told us 4 times it was clean just waiting for it to be inspected l! Finally at 20minutes after check in time we got our keys! Get to our room and she’s still cleaning it! Very confusing!

Amazing beautiful hotel. Perfect location and has everything. Hated the layout, halls were too long and we were on the opposite side of the hotel. Only one entrance made for long walks.

My stay was not that good. I have a handicap and asked for an accessible room which I didn’t get. I asked for a shower chair to be able to use while in the shower. I was told one would be brought to my room on the first night. It never showed up and no one called to tell me and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the front desk phone. I went to the front desk the next morning and the same thing happened. That afternoon I went back to the front desk and I was told they dont provide shower chairs. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back.

There was red mold in the shower stall along the floor. Some of the white wash cloths had black on them as if they were not cleaned properly and had mascara/makeup on them. When we went to "happy hour", which we were invited to go to, there was approximately 50-60 people and only one bartender which meant you couldn't get a drink in the one and a half hour time period. The hot tub was not working and we were not told about it when we checked in and didn't find out about it until later. There was only valet service for your automobile which meant you couldn't park your own car and this cost $22.00 per day.
