Perfect Time in Seacrest Beach
We had the best time away in Seacrest Beach staying at Rob's property. We live at the beach on the east coast of Florida so it's always hard for us to justify a trip away to other beaches, and this was perfect. Rob helped me prior to the trip with any questions I had. When we arrived, the house was incredibly clean. The outdoor spaces are really nice and we spent a lot of time out on the porches. The location was perfect! We were able to park our car for the week and walk everywhere. There is a Publix 1 mile away. The house is fully stocked, which is always really nice so we ate a lot of meals at the house. It was the perfect layout with 2 teen girls and pre-teen son. All 5 of us agreed that we would return, which is high praise considering we live in a nice beach town. It was crowded the week of Memorial Day so be prepared to place your chairs on the beach around 6:30AM if you want a decent spot. The crowd subsided some as the week went on. I recommend reservations at the more popular restaurants. We enjoyed Old Florida Fish House the most for ambience and food.

30A family getaway
Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone!

Perfect for Beach getaway
House was perfect for our girls weekend! Clean, spacious and location couldn’t have been better. Short walk to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and shopping. The host Rob was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay perfect!

Bachelorette Trip
Rob was a very accommodating host! The location was PERFECT for a chill bachelorette party to Rosemary Beach. You can walk to both Rosemary and Alys Beach - such a cute spot!

The best beach house on 30A
All I can say is WOW! This is the most amazing beach house, I could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting. We were right across the street from Rosemary beach access and a very short walk to the main shopping areas in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Rob was such a great host and gave us a ton of recommendations for our weekend there.

Great stay
Amazing stay at Secreast Beach. Great location - quick walk anywhere. The house was beautiful. Comfy beds, great showers, plenty of hosting space. Host was super helpful and quick to respond. Overall loved the place and would definitely come back!

Amazing!
Our stay in Seacrest was excellent! The house is incredibly clean and well equipped with the necessities. Lots of wonderful patio space and a hot tub! It's right off of the main road between Rosemary and Alys beach, you can walk to each in 10 minutes. We only got in the car once over our stay! Rob was very responsive and we were able to get early check-in. Cannot recommend enough!

Classy 21st birthday celebration
AMAZING...BEAUTIFUL....GREAT LOCATION! We had a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter turning 21. The only folks she invited was a 2nd cousin and family friend. We arrived Thursday p.m. and walked over to LaCo (great restaurant) for dinner. Friday, took a evening glass blowing class at Glass Deer, then her Dad, family friend hubby and big brother suprised her and showed up Friday night with pizza. Saturday we enjoyed Rosemary's shops, weather, the beach and Rob's hot tub. Birthday dinner was spaghetti and cake in the VRBO - it could not have been better! Rob is a superior host and has set the bar high for all others. His response time is immediate - such a pleasure ! His home is a MUST visit and we would love to come back again.
