Quartier del Mar is a residential complex with a tower, made up of 34 floors or floors of which there are 8 levels of parking, 25 floors of apartments and on level 9 is the semi-covered pool, meeting area and free gym. The building has 2 independent elevators and has a 24-hour security checkpoint with two guards. Our headquarters are located in its lobby, as well as a small cafeteria at the entrance.

Good Location in residential area.
condo was close to restaurants,grocery store and bus service.Recommend Uber to get downtown.Kitchen was equipped for minimum use.Condo appeared "Worn".Some more furniture for relaxing would be nice.
