First, we had to go to a different floor for ice. Then our AC kicked on every five minutes or so starting with the sound of a blender then sounding like a locomotive in the room. Pillows and towels were poor. Not up to Hampton expectations

We have stayed here 5 times in the past couple of years as it is our go-to for a long weekend getaway in the off-season... we live 2 hours away in Alabama. Great place in a great location. Each room we have stayed in has varied in degrees of cleanliness, but overall a good experience. Easy walking distance to some good dining, and a quick 5-min drive to Pier Park for shopping if you don't feel like walking.
