It’s a luxury, worth to pay? Depend on your budget but definitively, it’s expensive. The pools are right in front of your room are nice but there’s not enough of turbulence. If you want a jacuzzi, then you have to pay an extra.

Great place for a couple of days
I was pleasantly surprised with Termas de Papallacta, it is beautifully maintained, excellent service, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food was delicious. We booked a couple of massages at the spa. Overall a great stay, and we will be back.

Nice retreat in the Oriental Andeans. Surrounded by green mountains , this cozy place with natural hot springs, good food and fantastic service. Special mention of Juan Ramon at the restaurant
