Great location for Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle airport. And check out the cheese shopat the Saint Quentin market - awesome.

It was not exactly as shown as what’s in the pictures on Expedia. A lot of it was in the detail. Shower water pressure was low. Found hair here and there. The manager was helpful so giving the staff and service one more star.

Booked a family room for 4. We got to the hotel and met a really lovely staff member got shown into our room which appeared to have walls designed by previous occupier so on the dirty side. Door to wardrobe was broken with glass on the floor. Called reception who said they will send someone out to repair the break but in the meantime will cellophane so no one got injured (first red flag).No show of repair person. Bathroom door hit toilet bowl when you try to close it - that’s how small it was. I was willing to beat with the inconvenience till Woke up next morning which happened to be my birthday in pitch blackness no electricity so couldn’t take a shower and with broken glass added stress. Called reception a couple of times and finally was told we were being moved took our luggage up to the 5th floor only to realise it was a single room for a family of 4. Went to reception to be told we have to check out store our luggage downstairs till another room became available! At this point I had had enough and was ready to find another hotel thankfully assistant manager came to give us a different room , more spacious at no extra cost and turned a nightmare situation around. Elevator really small pictures online are so good but reality is far from what the pictures look like I’m afraid and breakfast options were very limited .

Staff were very helpful with leaving luggage before and after our stay (free of charge). All staff spoke English which was really helpful. Not much soundproofing; you can hear the TV and noises from other rooms. You can also hear traffic from outside especially in the morning. We were usually getting up by the time this happened so it was not much of a concern for us. The elevator was a very tight squeeze though for 2 people, one checkin luggage and one hand carry luggage.

The view was lovely, the room looked very modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The only bad thing was that the room had too much mold and it smelled bad even the bathroom door couldn’t be closed because of the humidity that crooked the wood. Maybe they have better rooms, but I got the room at the last minute.

Good location but mouldy and smelly
Lots of mould in the room and there a was a lingering smell of mould and urine in the room during the whole stay which wouldn’t go no matter how long we kept the windows open. Lots of noise from the street. Conveniently located a couple of minutes from Gare Du Nord.
