Unfortunately the room and bathroom smelt of ammonia, grout was missing in bathroom floor tiles. No plug for washbasin. Bed was awful as mattress sank very badly into the middle.

Got £100 parking fine ,was not told about the car park ,so a very expensive stay, trying to get Britannia parking to do anything about it is pointless , hotel need to sort out this nonsense

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, room was spacious and clean. Nice deep bath with decent water pressure and water nice and hot. Bed was very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and bar/dining area was lovely. Plenty of onsite parking. I would stay again and recommend.
